.......Nineteen-year-old Nicholas Gutierrez is charged with first degree murder in the slaying of 51-year-old Mary Stachowicz. He allegedly beat, stabbed and hid her body in his apartment after she told him God would not approve of his lifestyle. The two were co-workers. Gutierrez allegedly has said he was enraged because it reminded him of heated debates with his mother. Relatives say Stachowicz was probably trying to help.
Peter LaBarbera, of Concerned Women for America, was pointed in his response to this crime.
"This woman, Mary Stachowicz, was killed evidently because she was sharing the truth about homosexuality to a gay activist,"
15-Year-Old Boy Assaulted In Bathroom Of
Orlando Water Park

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A man followed
a 15-year-old Orlando boy into a bathroom at a water park and sexually
assaulted him, police said.
The teen was showering at about 5:10 p.m. Wednesday in
a bathroom at the Wet 'n Wild water park when a man in his 50s approached
him, Lt. John Mina said.
"The man approached him in the shower stall area and
forced him to do sex acts," Mina said.
It was not known if the teen and the man were alone in
the bathroom, Mina said.
The man was not caught. The boy reported the incident
to his mother, who alerted park security, Mina said.
Orlando police Sgt. Barbara Jones said investigators
were re-examining security camera footage from the park, but it may not be
good enough to produce a photo of the suspect. She said police weren't
immediately releasing further details.
Wet 'n Wild declined to release further information
about the case, saying only that they were cooperating with the
investigation.
New York Post Exposes High Rate Of Teacher/Student
Molestations
In a story not widely publicized in the mainstream press, the New York
Post published a story in its July 30, 2001 edition about the secret
epidemic of homosexual child abuse cases that go unreported in New York
City’s public schools.
The report, “Secret Shame Of Our Schools: Sexual Abuse Of Students Runs
Rampant,” by Douglas Montero, is the result of an analysis of 117 cases of
sexual abuse between January 1999 and June 2001. Sixty percent of those
accused of sexual abuse were transferred to desk jobs inside the school
district. Forty percent of those transferred suspects were repeat sex
offenders.
The
report noted that out of the 117 cases, 212 children were victims. In 45% of
the cases, the sex offender attacked more than one student. In nearly 16% of
the cases, school officials delayed or tried to cover up the sexual
molestations. The average victim is a 15-year-old girl and 75% of the
victims were girls. According to the report, “Nearly 20 percent of the
offenders are homosexuals and in most of these cases, the attack led to a
sexual relationship with the stu- dent.” The report also discovered that the
Board of Education investigated another 347 substantiated sex abuse cases
between January 2000 and July 20, 2001. Adding the 117 cases with the 327,
it appears that at least one child is sexually abused each day by a school
employee—and 20% of these molestations against children are done by
homosexuals!
Homosexuals Molest Children At A Far Higher Rate Than
Heterosexuals
Hom osexuals account for only 1-2% of our population based on current
surveys. The National Opinion Research Center in 1992 found that 2.8% of men
and 1.4% of women identified themselves as “homosexual” or “bisexual. A 1995
survey of 18-49-year-old men published by the Journal of Sex Research
indicated that 2.6% of them had engaged in homosexual sex within the prior
12 months; 4% had had homosexual sex within the past five years. In other
words, at least 98-99% of our population is heterosexual in orientation.
Homosexual activists routinely claim that most child molesters are
“heterosexual” males, thus shifting the focus away from their own very high
rates of molestation. Since 98-99% of the population is heterosexual, it is
technically correct to say that most molestations are done by heterosexuals.
However, statistics indicate that homosexuals pose a far more serious threat
to children than do heterosexuals.
For
example: In 1987, Dr. Stephen Rubin of Whitman College conducted a ten-state
study of sex abuse cases involving school teachers. He studied 199 cases. Of
those, 122 male teachers had molested girls, while 14 female teachers had
molested boys. He also discovered that 59 homosexual male teachers had
molested boys and four female homosexual teachers had molested girls. In
other words, 32 percent of those child molestation cases involved
homosexuals. Nearly a third of these cases come from only 1-2% of the
population.
Dr. Judith Reisman, in her book, Kinsey, Crimes & Consequences, describes
the research done by Dr. Gene Abel. This researcher compared the molestation
rates of self-confessed homosexual and heterosexual child molesters. In a
sample of 153 homosexual molesters, they confessed to a total of 22,981
molestations. This is equivalent to 150 children per molester. Self-admitted
heterosexual molesters admitted to 4,435 molestations. This comes to 19.8
victims per molester. Dr. Abel concluded that homosexuals “sexually molest
young boys at an incidence that is occurring from five times greater than
the molestation of girls.”
This high rate of molestations by homosexuals is consistent with other
studies conducted during the past several decades. Here are just a few
studies that show homosexuals molesting children at epidemic rates:
The Los Angeles Times conducted a survey in 1985 of 2,628 adults across
the U.S. Of those, 27% of the women and 16% of the men had been sexually
molested. Seven percent of the girls and 93% of the men had been molested
by adults of the same sex. This means that 40% of child molestations were
by homosexuals. (Los Angeles Times, August 25-6, 1985)
In 1984, a Vermont survey of 161 adolescents who were sex offenders
found that 35 of them were homosexuals (22%). (Wasserman, J., “Adolescent
Sex Offenders—Vermont, 1984” Journal American Medical Association, 1986;
255:181-2)
In 1991, of the 100 child molesters at the Massachusetts Treatment
Center for Sexually Dangerous Persons, a third were heterosexual, a third
were bisexual, and a third were homosexual. (Dr. Raymond Knight,
“Differential Prevalence of Personality Disorders in Rapists and Child
Molesters,” Eastern Psychological Association Conference, New York, April
12, 1991)
Drs. Freund and Heasman of the Clark Institute of Psychiatry in Toronto
reviewed two studies on child molesters and calculated that 34% and 32% of
the sex offenders were homosexual. In cases these doctors had handled, 36%
of the molesters were homosexuals. (Freund, K. “Pedophilia and
Heterosexuality vs. Homosexuality,” Journal of Sex & Marital Therapy,
1984; 10:193-200)
From these studies and many more, it is evident that homosexuals molest
children at a far greater rate than do their heterosexual counterparts.
While they comprise only 1-2% of the population, they are responsible for
upwards of a third or more of all sexual molestations of children.
Exposing The Homosexual/Pedophile Link
Homosexuals seldom openly admit that they want to sexually assault
children, but their literature and their actions tell another story. In the
January 1-8, 2001 issue of The Weekly Standard, author Mary Eberstadt
exposed the clear link between homosexual activism and the growing
North-American Man- Boy Love Association (NAMBLA) movement. Writing in
“’Pedophilia Chic’ Reconsidered: The taboo against sex with children
continues to erode,” Eberstadt notes:
The reason why the public is being urged to reconsider boy pedophilia
is that this ‘question,’ settled though it may be in the opinions and laws
of the rest of the country, is demonstrably not yet settled within certain
parts of the gay rights movement. The more that movement has entered the
mainstream, the more this ‘question’ has bubbled forth from that
previously distant realm in the public square.
Eberstadt notes that the book, Male Inter-Generational Intimacy:
Historical, Socio-Psychological, and Legal Perspectives edited by pedophile
Edward Brongersma is currently available in the “gay/lesbian” sections of
bookstores like Borders. This book, which openly promotes pedophilia, was
first published in the Journal of Homosexuality in 1990. The Journal is
edited by John DeCecco, a psychologist at San Francisco State University.
DeCecco is a board member of the Dutch pedophile journal, Paidika.
The homosexual magazine Guide published a pro-pedophile editorial in its
July, 1995 issue. In referring to pedophiles as “prophets” of sexual
freedom, the Guide editorialist wrote: “We must listen to our prophets.
Instead of fearing being labeled pedophiles, we must proudly proclaim that
sex is good, including children’s sexuality. . . . Surrounded by pious
moralists with deadening anti-sexual rules, we must be shameless
rulebreakers, demonstrating our allegiance to a higher concept of love.
We must do it for the children’s sake.”
Parents are correct to be concerned about homosexuals sexually assaulting
their children. The Boy Scouts of America, for example, is right to prohibit
homosexuals from membership or leadership positions. It is evident from the
statistical evidence and news reports of child molestation cases, that
homosexuals pose a clear and present danger to children. Our laws and
social policies should protect children, not cater to the whims and sexual
desires of sexual predators. We must oppose homosexual activism “for the
children’s sake.”
ARRESTED FOR PREACHING AGAINST SODOMITES:

CWNews.org –A lot of people think of Sweden as a 'tolerant' nation. But
lately it's starting to show intolerance towards Christianity. A pastor there
has been sentenced to jail for preaching against homosexuality and other
sexual sin.
This place is probably not where you'd expect to find a man
like Ake Green. In the little village of Borgholm, in southern Sweden, this
quiet Swedish pastor of a small Pentecostal church decided to stand against
what he says is his nation's 'embrace' of homosexuality.
But because of what he preached, Pastor Green has been
sentenced to a month in jail under a 'hate speech' law.
Pastor Green said, "I was watching television, reading the
newspaper, listening to high profile people - actors, singers - glorifying the
homosexual lifestyle. And I was worried, and was concerned, and I felt a deep
burden in my heart to speak on that topic."
Green prepared the sermon last year, on what the Bible says
about homosexuality, with the intention that the townspeople of Borgholm come
to hear him. But attendance was disappointing.
So Ake Green had his sermon published in the local newspaper.
In it, he compared the sin of Sweden to the sin of Sodom.
He warned, "Our country is facing a disaster of great
proportions! Of that we can be sure. God said the land would vomit out its
inhabitants. Our country is facing a disaster."
But it was how he described sexual practices like
homosexuality that brought the charge against him: Green told us, "What I said
was that sexual abnormality was like a cancer of the society." In more precise
English, a "cancerous tumor."
He ended his sermon speaking of God's grace and with respect
for those living in sexual sin.
He said, "What these people need, who live under the slavery
of sexual immorality, is an abundant grace. It exists. Therefore we will
encourage those who live in this manner to look at the grace of Jesus Christ.
We cannot condemn these people. Jesus never belittled anyone. He offered them
grace."
But his ending didn't matter. The printed sermon was seen by
local homosexuals and the district prosecutor, and Green was convicted in a
district court and given a month in jail.
A sentence he has not yet served because he is appealing the
conviction. Green's defense attorney is Percy Bratt, the Chairman of the
Swedish Helsinki Committee for Human Rights.
Bratt said, "The very basic question that is raised in this
matter is: to what extent it is criminal to teach from the words in the Bible,
so to say."
The hate speech law used to convict Green was first intended
to protect Jews and other ethnic minorities from Nazi sympathizers. But in
more recent times the law was amended to also protect 'sexual orientation.'
Bratt said, "The wordings of this provision are very general, so the area that
shall be criminalized is up to the courts."
The district prosecutor in the case refused to speak with CBN
News. But we were able to speak with Sweden's national gay and lesbian
organization in Stockholm, the RFSL, which supports Green's conviction.
The RFSL spokesperson said, "Hatred and defamation is not to
be accepted, just because it's based on religious beliefs or religious
scriptures. You have some limits when it comes to the freedom of speech."
But the Ake Green case is becoming an embarrassment for a
nation which prides itself on its tolerance. It may also be a catalyst.
Josef Östby is a noted Missionary and Pastor in Sweden's
Pentecostal Movement. He said, "I felt it's like a prophetic message - for our
time -in Sweden."
Östby also hopes God is using an unknown preacher from a small
town to awaken a nation.
Östby said, "A kind person like Green, silent, is working in a
small church. [Then he spoke up.] And today, the whole country is talking
about it, and [even other] countries are touched by his simple message."
But support for Green among some Swedish evangelical leaders
has been surprisingly lukewarm. Green blames them for acquiescing to the
homosexual agenda. He said he draws his inspiration from the Old Testament
prophets.
Green said, "We have read about Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Daniel,
Hosea, and Amos. They were living in times of spiritual decline. I believe we
are dealing with a spiritual dimension here. The Evangelical churches don't
want a confrontation with what's going on in Swedish society, and that makes
them silent."
Green's attorney says the case will now go to an appeals
court, and if necessary, to Sweden's Supreme Court, and even to the European
Court, if necessary. He says the district judge misapplied the law.
Bratt said, "The court must, when applying this provision,
make a balancing act between the right of homosexuals and the right of the
freedom of religion and the right of the freedom of expression. And we say
that the court has not made a proper such balancing."
But other nations are moving in the same direction or already
have similar laws, including Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.
Östby calls Green's conviction a tragedy for democracy in
Sweden. He said, "We cannot, in Sweden, be known for things like putting a
pastor in jail for a sermon! This is impossible!"
But the spokesman for Sweden's national gay and lesbian
organization said one month in jail is not long enough for Green. It hopes a
higher court will impose a longer sentence.
The RFSL spokesperson said, "The district attorney has said 6
to 8 months would be more appropriate when it comes to this crime and we
cannot do anything else but to agree with that."
Ake Green says he's not afraid to go to jail. Green added, "I
am not a criminal, I don't feel like a criminal, but this new law makes us
preachers 'as criminals' if we speak up."
Some say Pastor Green has awakened Swedish evangelicals on the
issue of homosexuality. He's certainly created an uncomfortable dividing line
for church leaders, whether to speak boldly what the Bible says about
homosexuality, or not.
An otherwise overlooked pastor has done something to grab the
attention of a nation. Ake Green says he was "only obeying God."
Lesbians Who Terrorised Foster Girls Given Glowing Report by Social Workers

Lesley Broughton, 31, and Lynne Sheridan, 30, were were said to offer an "excellent placement".
But secretly they put the two sisters, aged 11 and nine, through two years of hell, a jury heard.
They punched and slapped them, made them drink washing up liquid, stand in silence for hours and sit with their noses pressed against a wall.
Neighbours at Little Holton, near Bolton, called police after seeing the girls frogmarched around the garden.
An investigation was under way yesterday after Broughton and Sheridan admitted cruelty and administering a noxious substance.

Many today are speaking of those who refer to themselves as Homosexual, as though they were created as such or as though they somehow evolved into a new Species. The Problem is that it is just not so.
The Bible is clear on the matter. THE TERM QUEER AS A NOUN (1812) First used as a term for a person who has sexual relation with a person of the same gender as themselves.
The term GAY, claimed by those who have sexual relations with those of their own gender wasn't used as such until it was needed for Political and recruiting reasons in 1953.
The term: sod·om·ite a citizen of Sodom/(as pronounced in English) Dates: 14th century and is defined as one who practices sodomy: which according to
Webster: Etymology: Middle English, from Old French sodomie, from Late Latin Sodoma Sodom; from the homosexual proclivities of the men of the city in Gen 19:1-11 and dates in the English language to the 13th century 1 : copulation with a member of the same sex or with an animal .:Buggery (1925 edition sitting on my lap)
Now God Said that those we call sodomites but that you are renaming homosexuals have been given over to a reprobate mind and that they have left the use of the woman to worship and serve the creature through their unnatural Lusts, God Called it (what you refer to as Homosexuality) as "Vile Affections" and a practice "against Nature" and an "Unseemly" work.
But more telling is the mention that they did "Change the natural use" that is "they were not born that way and so your term Homosexual does not apply.. they were Given over to a reprobate mind because they chose to do according to their own lusts.

Now you seem to be thinking that Chapter two somehow makes Romans chapter 1 say something other then it says.. but to the contrary it magnifies the problem and shews that those who are Guilty of these horrendous crimes against nature are more numerous then those in pails day would dare to imagine

There is nothing stated in Chapter two that would lead anyone with an ounce of honesty to think that the Lord had anything other then what you are (Mistakenly) referring to as Homosexuality, in fact what the LORD is referring to is "O MAN" (verse 3) both the unregenerate JEW and the UNregenerate Gentile
He passed judgment upon Both .. as you will notice Paul states "we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things."
Your assertion that chapter two changes the "Normal misinterpretation" of chapter one again falls apart when you continue to chapter 3
Ro 3:1 What advantage then hath the Jew? or what profit is there of

As you can see it was not only Israelites who were under the LAW that God did not want to defile themselves with what you miss call-Homosexuality, .
Notice even those who were in the land before Israel where Violators of the will of God in this deed, and so bringing chapter two of Romans back into the picture we see that although Israel's decedents had the added revelation of the oracles of God to tell Them that a man leaving the use of a woman to lie with another man was an abomination deserving of the status of a CRIME, and the result of a reprobate mind, the Gentile (a well as the Jew) had the Law of God planted in His heart

And again the LORD states in Jude

What type of fornication: male with female? no not at all.. this was "Strange flesh" that is as opposed to NATURAL flesh ... man and woman

In Another Instance in Scripture those who would do Such a thing were referred to as Sons of Belial, and their actions were referred to as "So Vile a thing."

One might say that the condemnation was only on account of their violent behaviour ... true enough.. But all Unnatural behaviour that is the by product of a reprobate mind is violent behaviour.. it is an attack on the truth of GOD ... it is enmity against GOD and a carnal war of that which is of GOD verse that which is against GOD.

We have constantly cried out against this perversion, in Love, but in Bible terminology only I refuse to use the term Homosexuality. The word was created in an attempt to try to equate there perversion with EVIL-ution: Homoerectus-----Homosapien--------homosexual....
The Bible has no prejudice in the issue of sin...all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God .
No sense in watering it down....
In the judgment their will not be excuses that will stand...,
Now Before you think that all is LOST and that you will have to go into a shed and just end it all.
